Cheating with different item of lesser cost.

Order the image showed/described item and delivered a different color and MODEL which is lesser price of Rs 700 in market is a bad experience.
Checked the same with flipcart and got to know that the ordered item was not in stock so replaced with a different without informing to the customer. The order placed a month back and paid the money on se time and now saying return is available but the payment will back to credit on 8/10 working days after is a bad experience.
