As usual delivered in time.
Have had to haggle with the service center and technician from the word "GO". As guy did not know how to install the product, and after an hour or more managed to out to together, after he had left realized a lead, well he had damaged the some connecting part. So call the service center, speak to the manager in-charge (took 3 -4 attempts), number is not even listed in any of the their sites. so not sure if this was the manager knowing what followed - nothing after ...

Why?: Because an important part has to replaced as it's life span is 1year.
What happens if you don't get one?: The machine will stop purifying water when it's component's(part's) life is over that is around 1 year & needs replacement when the part fails.
Why would a customer pay?: Because water is a necessity & the company believes that we customers are dumb.

Best product in the 10K range
This RO product is best in the 10K range . With an automatic flush facility and 6 lts capacity , it suits best in the RO category. It is a fit and forget product . The only disadvantage is that it does not come with a glass tray.
Rest is butter smooth.

Pathetic Product
This product worked fine for the first three months after that it worked fine but with lot of noise. Then gradually the noise increased and the water flow became nil.
I dint buy the product from Flipkart.
My experience is worst,
Im taking the issue to the Ombudsman.

Eureka Forbes service is really bad..with poor aftersale service from flipkart
Delivery of product was very fast..for that flipkart credits 5 star..After receiving product i contacted Eureka Forbes customer care for installation with service id 095A691713...But it is going to be 5th day but no body turned up or contacted me...I complained to flipkart also as they have written that they follow after sale service to make sure its installation...but with no response...now what should i do? return it?
Always believe in previous reviews ..I did mistake.

I experienced the ever worst product quality & servises , no can help u if you buy the products ,if you wants to buy water purifiers then first take help from other people ,the compony only focus on sell the product , very poor servises

Dont go for this model...
Worst experience through flipkart on this.
the feature mentions UV as well in features but it lacks this feature.
Return request took more than a week. Talked to more than 10 representatives and tried to explain them the actual problem. the hierarchy for exchanging/return item is absolutely pathetic. I would have rated it 0 star if I had an option.

Hopeless after sales service
Absolutely pathetic service by Eureka Forbes. Have logged 6 tickets and have been give 2 days, 3 days, 24 hours and 4 hours committment each time but the technician never turned up. And yes, trying to reach out to customer service is a struggle in itself.
Would not recommend to anyone. Don't go by the looks please.
Just 15 days old product - water TDS issue, stink in water.
Only 1 star becuase it is mandate :) to give atleast 1.
